What does the accreditation grant me?
With the accreditation you can book tickets for our screnings.
How many tickets can I book?
We have two kinds of accreditation. You see your type of accreditation on the overview page. A Single accreditation allows you to book a specific number of tickets for the whole festival. A Daily accreditation allows you to book a specific number of tickets every festival day.
When can I book the tickets?
24h before each screening.
Where do I get my tickets?
When you booked a ticket you just need to show your QR Code on your festival pass or here on the overview page.
What does “collision” mean?
You can not book overlaping screenings
What does “no tickets left” mean?
We have only a specific anount of free tickets for accreditated persons, as some screning rooms are very small. In the bigger screening rooms 1 and 2 are much more tickets.
What does “no vouchers left” mean?
You already spend your free tickets. If you have a daily accreditation you can book on the next day.
I have to pay for my accreditation. Where do I do that?
Please pay your accreditation at the box office of the Kinoteka cinema. Come with the receipt then to the helpdesk.

Dzięki akredytacji można zarezerwować bilety na wybrane seanse.
Ile biletów mogę zarezerwować?
Mamy dwa rodzaje akredytacji. Rodzaj akredytacji można sprawdzić po zalogowaniu w systemie. Pojedyncza akredytacja pozwala zarezerwować określoną liczbę biletów na cały festiwal. Akredytacja dzienna umożliwia rezerwację określonej liczby biletów każdego dnia festiwalu.
Kiedy mogę zarezerwować bilety?
Zapisy otwieramy na 24h przed danym pokazem.
Gdzie mogę otrzymać bilety?
Masz już zarezerowane wybrane pokazy w systemie? Teraz wystarczy, że pokażesz kod QR akredytacji osobom sprawdzającym bilety w kinie.
Co oznacza komunikat „collision”?

Mamy tylko określoną liczbę bezpłatnych biletów dla osób akredytowanych, ponieważ niektóre sale projekcyjne są bardzo małe. W większych salach 1 i 2 biletów jest znacznie więcej.
